Cancellation Policy

Your session time is an ongoing reservation for the duration of our work together. If you are you’re unable to attend and give at least 24 hours’ notice, I will try to offer you an alternative session option(s). It may not always be possible to find another time, and as is usual practice in Psychotherapy and Counselling, any missed or cancelled sessions are charged at full fee.

Holidays 

I offer up to two holiday cancellations in a 12-month period that aren’t charged. I require at least seven days’ notice of these.

Couples and Poly Groups
Sometimes it can be useful during couples/poly therapy for me to see each person individually. I will always balance individual sessions so that each person receives an equal number.
